About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Engage Emedia ("we", "us"), a digital growth studio based in Casablanca, Morocco. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Services are separate agreements

Nothing on this website is an offer that becomes a contract when you accept it. We do not publish prices or packages: every engagement is scoped after a discovery call. Every client engagement, including branding, digital experiences, AI and automation, paid media, SEO and content work, is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work. That agreement sets out the scope, fees, deliverables, notice period and each party's responsibilities. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Results

We share case studies and numbers from real client work. Impact figures are estimates reported by each client, and every business is different. Past results do not guarantee future results, and nothing on this site is a promise of rankings, followers, leads or revenue.

Using this website

You may browse, share and link to this website for personal or business purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy or resell our content, designs or code without written permission.
• Use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms other users.
• Try to access parts of the site or our systems that are not public.
• Send spam, malware or automated requests through our forms.

Intellectual property

The text, graphics, logos, case studies and code on this site belong to Engage Emedia or to the people who licensed them to us. Client names and logos are shown with permission and remain the property of their owners. Ownership of the work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.

We link to tools, platforms and articles we find useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Discovery calls, guides and templates we offer for free are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Use them as a starting point and talk to us, or another professional, before you make big decisions.

Liability

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one thousand Moroccan dirhams (1,000 MAD). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
