Your data, your call

This page explains how to ask Engage Emedia to delete your personal data, including the data we received from Facebook, Instagram, Google and the other platforms you connected to our services.

What we can delete

  • Messages you sent through this website and our notes from discovery calls.
  • Your client portal account: profile, messages, content approvals and Engage assistant chats.
  • Data from connected platforms: the access you gave us to your Pages, Instagram accounts, ad accounts and Google accounts, and the reports and content records we stored from them.

How to ask

  • Email contact@engage-emedia.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Data deletion request".
  • Say what you want deleted: everything, or only the data from connected platforms.
  • We confirm we received your request within 3 working days and complete it within 30 days. We email you when it is done.

Remove our access yourself

You can cut our access at any time, without asking us:

  • Facebook and Instagram: in Meta Business Suite, go to Settings, then Partners, and remove Engage Emedia. If you connected with your own profile, open Facebook Settings, then Business integrations, and remove Engage Emedia.
  • Google Ads: in your Google Ads account, go to Admin, then Access and security, then Managers, and unlink Engage Emedia.
  • Google account: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Engage Emedia.
  • TikTok and LinkedIn: remove Engage Emedia from your Business Center or page admin settings.

Removing access stops new data from reaching us. Email us as well if you want the data we already stored deleted.

What we have to keep

Moroccan law requires us to keep invoices and accounting records for a set period. We keep only what is needed for that, and anonymous statistics that cannot identify you.
